Stock availability, bundle contents and delivery arrangements shown on a product page describe what we intend to have on hand, not a reservation. If a reading matters to your decision, confirm it with us by phone during working hours before you travel, and treat that conversation as the figure you are relying on. Where the catalog shows a spec line next to a card, read it as the wording we published at the time of writing, not as a manufacturer guarantee.

Inquiries and messages

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or reserve stock. We reply during business hours and in the order messages arrive. We may decline to respond to abusive, misleading, or spam inquiries. Our desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Seoul time, and a message that arrives on Friday evening is answered from the following Monday. If you are asking about a card that is sold out, we can tell you when we expect more, but that answer is an estimate and not a commitment to hold a unit for you. If you need a firm arrangement — a pickup time, a build slot, a delivery day — agree it with us directly and we will write it down.

Intellectual property

Site text, structure, and original content belong to Lumivane unless otherwise noted. Product names and trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Model names appear here so you can tell one card from another and match it against what you already know about the hardware; their use does not suggest any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by the brand owners, and it does not transfer any rights to you. Limitation of liability
